“We welcome Paul Kane and his staff of highly skilled drivers, mechanics, and management personnel to what we believe will be a great marriage of knowledge and abilities to service the customer base in the safest manner, employing better-than-industry best practices,” said Brian Wood, president of TransWood.
Family-owned TransWood, a liquid and dry bulk hauler headquartered in Omaha, Neb., has been in business since 1928. The company grows by “achieving excellence through superior systems, training, and dedication.”
TransWood also previously acquired Kane Transport, a 150-truck bulk carrier in Inver Grove Heights, Minn., in December 2019. Kane hauls petroleum products, construction, and agricultural related commodities in the upper Midwest.
Jensen Transport is made up of owner-operators and company drivers who service long-standing customers in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
