BeyondTrucks and software integrator Cleo now offer joint carrier customers “cost-efficient, reliable, and future-proofed electronic data interchange (EDI) connectivity” in BeyondTrucks’ multi-tenant SaaS transportation management system.
EDI capabilities are a critical component of carriers’ technology stack, BeyondTrucks said, and Cleo boasts the “network advantages of a tried and proven provider” as fleets increasingly move away from “all-in-one” solutions. This partnership allows BeyondTrucks to focus on developing its platform to address the modernization needs of medium and large fleets, while entrusting Cleo to handle complex EDI integrations, the companies said.
“Cleo’s specialization in EDI connections and their reputation as a supply chain execution innovator makes it a no-brainer for us to join forces with an EDI expert like Cleo,” Matt D’Souza, BeyondTrucks director of sales and marketing, said in a news release. “Plus, Cleo’s leadership in ecosystem integration is filling a void in the market.

BeyondTrucks offers targeted solutions for liquid bulk, dry bulk, flatbed, and refrigerated fleets. The company’s TMS platform’s capabilities include:
