Another Mid-Atlantic firm is turning to Titan Cloud.
Capitol Petroleum Group (CPG), a growing fuel retailer headquartered in Springfield, Virginia, recently selected the software provider’s asset optimization system to modernize fuel operations. With 226 locations and growing, CPG is seeking to proactively address the increasing complexity of the fuel industry, and by partnering with Titan Cloud, it aims to streamline delivery planning, improve inventory accuracy, and drive revenue growth.
Mid-Atlantic fuel hauler Quest Transport also recently adopted the Titan Cloud platform.
“Our partnership with Titan Cloud comes at a pivotal time as we continue to expand our fuel retail operations and capabilities,” Chris DeCarlo, CPG director of fuel pricing and transportation, said in a news release. “The ability to have real-time visibility into our fuel network will allow us to optimize our delivery operations and make smarter decisions.
“Titan Cloud’s platform is an important part of our strategy to drive operational efficiency and, ultimately, increase revenue.”
Faced with the need for smarter fuel allocation and real-time insights, CPG turned to Titan Cloud’s “high-frequency” inventory polling, providing updates every 30 minutes, according to the companies. The system enables precise fuel tracking and data exports, ensuring that CPG can make informed, real-time decisions. On-demand reporting also allows for advanced data filtering and easy export of critical information, allowing CPG to make quicker, more informed decisions across its network.
Additionally, with the integration of Titan Cloud’s Fuel Insights and Delivery Planning module, CPG will significantly improve fuel allocation, helping the company manage its deliveries with greater precision. This ensures fuel carriers operate at maximum efficiency, ultimately reducing variance and increasing overall revenue.
“We are excited to partner with Capitol Petroleum Group as they advance their fuel management strategy,” said Paul Lauinger, Titan Cloud vice president of sales North America. “In a challenging industry with rising costs and increasing competition, our unified platform provides the insights and efficiencies CPG needs to scale, drive growth, and adapt quickly to market changes.”
CPG’s primary goal is revenue growth, and the company is betting on better fuel allocation to achieve that. Titan Cloud’s platform goes beyond traditional fuel management, offering direct integration with fuel carriers and analytics tools that make real-time adjustments possible. CPG will be able to more accurately anticipate site needs, reducing both downtime and the risk of under- or over-delivery, thus enhancing customer satisfaction.
