Heil Trailer International has named Bryan Yielding liquid product manager. With product responsibilities at both Heil domestic manufacturing locations, he will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.

John M Boler, president, chief executive officer, and chairman of The Boler Co, announced that, effective immediately, Matthew J Boler is succeeding him as president and CEO of The Boler Co. Gary E Gerstenslager has been promoted to president and CEO of Hendrickson. Previously he held the position of president and chief operating officer of Hendrickson. Matthew Boler previously was vice president of corporate development and earlier served as the general manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim.

David B Templeton recently assumed duties as vice-president of human resources (HR) for Hendrickson. He most recently served in a dual role leading Hendrickson's HR functions companywide and also serving as director of HR for Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems in Canton OH. David Decker has joined the organization, succeeding Templeton at Hendrickson Trailer. He comes to the firm from Kennametal Inc, where he served as director of HR.

Transcend Trailer Leasing of Chester SC has named Duane Ford as its new and used trailer leasing manager. He brings more than 23 years' experience in tank trailer sales and leasing with distributors for Heil, Polar, Brenner, and others.

Doug Dorn will become director-OEM sales in Europe for the Powered Vehicle Systems business unit of SAF-Holland Inc. He most recently held the position of manager-truck OEM business development.

Takao Oishi has assumed the new title of Yokohama Tire Corp (YTC) executive vice-president of operations and will be based in the United States. He spent the past two years as president of Yokohama Europe and lived in Düsseldorf, Germany. Kenichi Shirai was named YTC chief advisor-strategic marketing. He has a mix of marketing and engineering backgrounds and also will be US-based. Iwao “Rocky” Shimomura was named YTC senior director-corporate quality assurance. This will be his second US stint; he worked in YTC's Salem VA plant from 1991-94 as manager of tire development. Satoshi Miyata was promoted to YTC chief fincncial officer and treasurer. He previously held the position of treasurer and has been at Yokohama-Fullerton for more than four years.
