Novaflex has launched its new Pump-Flex composite hose. This new product is specifically designed for the rental industry, as it offers an extremely flexible and lightweight alternative to heavy rubber and cumbersome plastic suction and discharge hoses commonly in use. The Pump-Flex composite hose is designed for the transfer of water, light chemicals, and petroleum products.
Due to its extreme flexibility, the Pump-Flex hose virtually eliminates the kinking issue common to rubber and plastic hoses with their large bend radiuses. This flexibility also allows for less space for storage and shipping. Pump-Flex features a rugged, corrugated design with crimped couplings for durability on job sites, which also has the advantage of absorbing pump pulsations. The Pump-Flex hose offers light weight, which allows for less manpower needed for set-up and transport, yet still offers long service life. It is supplied in standard lengths of 10 and 20 feet and in diameters of 4“, 6“, and 8“.
