The American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), the trucking industry’s not-for-profit research organization, launched the 2012 Top Industry Issues Survey. The annual survey, commissioned by the American Trucking Associations (ATA), asks trucking industry stakeholders to rank the top issues of concern for the industry along with appropriate strategies for addressing each issue.

The results of the 2012 survey will be released at the ATA Annual Management Conference and Exhibition, to be held October 7-10, 2012 in Las Vegas NV.

This year the survey has been streamlined to allow the industry to give feedback more quickly, while also providing a broader range of issues to consider. Industry stakeholders are encouraged to complete the survey at: http://atri-online.org/2012/08/01/critical-issues-in-the-trucking-industry-2012/. Alternately a paper copy is available on ATRI’s website at www.atri-online.org.
