PACCAR Parts is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Fleet Services program as it heads into 2020.
The program was launched in the fourth quarter of 2009 to drive uptime and allow fleet customers to streamline purchases from PACCAR dealerships using innovative service initiatives and technologies. The Fleet Services program includes centralized billing, national pricing, custom reporting and network support for more than 1,500 fleet operators worldwide.
“These integrated processes help the Fleet Services team predict fleet needs, in addition to seamless ordering and invoicing,” said Mark Santschi, PACCAR Parts director of fleet services.
Added David Danforth, PACCAR vice president and PACCAR Parts general manager: “In the last 10 years, the Fleet Services program has helped Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers provide outstanding support to their fleet customers.”
“The Larson Group (TLG) partnered with Fleet Services in 2009 in order to support loyal customers and fleets,” said Richard Dorsey, vice president of parts at The Larson Group Peterbilt. “Our customers expect the same level of support at a Larson Group store or any other Peterbilt dealership, and the Fleet Services program helps us do that by offering fleets benefits like consistent pricing and consolidated billing. It’s a win-win.” The Fleet Services program allows PACCAR Parts to maximize fleet uptime with unparalleled customer service and technical support.
“Fleets are focused on increasing uptime and reducing total cost of ownership, and Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) is focused on providing them with quality parts and superior service with support from Fleet Services,” said Steve Wisdom, executive vice president for MHC Kenworth.
