Highway Transport recently awarded Thomas Frain, National Tank Truck Carriers’ 2021-22 Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year, a new Mack truck during a celebration attended by NTTC president and CEO Ryan Streblow.
Frain also received a company plaque in his honor and an award from NTTC Driver of the Year program sponsor Great West Casualty Company during the ceremony at Highway Transport’s Knoxville, Tennessee, terminal.

“Tom Frain’s professionalism and pride for the tank truck industry embodies what the Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year Award represents in our industries,” Streblow said.
“He (talked about) the support of his family and his work family during his acceptance speech earlier this year, and it was evident by the incredible number of family and Highway Transport employees there to recognize him.”
