Total Clean, a subsidiary of Heniff Transportation Systems, recently opened a new tank cleaning facility in Charleston, South Carolina.
While the wash rack is now open for business, Total Clean will soon break ground on property improvements to expand the facility with the addition of a full-service maintenance operation and additional tank wash services, the company added.
“The expansion of our network within the Charleston market is a great opportunity for our company and our many customers,” Bob Heniff, Heniff founder and CEO, said in a news release. “The new facility perfectly complements our current trucking and ISO services.”
The new facility is located at 7101 Bryhawke Circle in North Charleston, northwest of the Charleston International Airport, approximately 15 miles from the Port of Charleston, and 3 miles from Interstate 26. Today, the tank wash features two cleaning bays with capabilities to clean chemical trailers and ISO containers.
“We’re excited about this new venture in Charleston due to its proximity to the Port,” said Trent Mere, Total Clean president.
“Our new tank wash operation is just the start of our planned development for this location that will allow us to offer a full suite of services to this important market, ultimately including equipment maintenance and Kosher-certified capabilities.”
