Polar Service Centers (PSC), the nation’s largest network of commercial parts and repair facilities dedicated to the tank trailer and tank truck industry, recently appointed Patrick Mattingly as director of tank wash operations.
Mattingly has worked in the tank trailer industry for over 30 years, holding various management and regional operations positions. He also served on the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
“I’m very excited to join Polar—a name that’s very well known in the industry,” Mattingly said. “I look forward to working with the team and continuing to grow Polar Service Centers to be a one-stop shop for our customers.”
PSC currently operates four tank-washing facilities and says it has plans to add three additional locations in 2021.
These facilities add value and convenience for customers by providing maintenance, repair, parts and tank-washing capabilities all within the same facility. Each tank-washing operation focuses on cleaning products hauled in the market where it’s located. Customers can choose from a full line of services, including pre-solve applications, water flush, steam, product heating and exterior wash.
