Quala recently selected CxCommerce from software provider PhaseZero to modernize its customer experience in the wake of last year’s acquisition of PSC.
The May 2022 deal that combined Quala’s tank cleaning services with PSC’s expertise in tank trailer maintenance, parts, and equipment created a “one-stop-shop” provider of service and cleaning to the tanker industry. It also gave the newly combined companies an opportunity to “increase their market share and competitiveness” by growing their business-to-business (B2B) efforts through cross-sell and upsell initiatives, PhaseZero said.
Quala turned to the California-based B2B and B2C software provider to increase its digital commerce efficiency by “transforming and modernizing” the customer experience to improve convenience and ease of managing all aspects of a business for all customers, and the sales and support teams.
