FMCSA issues safety reminder about railroad crossings

March 18, 2015

In the wake of several crashes involving a truck and a train, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) issued the following update on what to do should a vehicle become stalled or hung up on railroad tracks.

The information--placed on a visor card--includes a reminder to call the appropriate railroad emergency number with the location of your vehicle.
