Tremcar USA recently partnered BigDuty, a petroleum equipment service center in California, in a new collaboration expected to boost equipment availability and after-sales service for customers in the region.
BigDuty’s owner, Harlan “Butch” Howard, boasts 33 years of industry experience. Over the course of his career, Howard has operated, repaired, maintained, and built a wide range of petroleum equipment, earning a stellar reputation for his expertise and dedication, Tremcar reported.
“We are thrilled to join forces with BigDuty and leverage Butch Howard’s extensive knowledge and proven track record in the industry,” Daniel Tremblay, Tremcar president, said in a news release. “His expertise and customer-focused approach will play a pivotal role in helping us develop the sales market in California and ensure optimal after-sales support for our customers.”
BigDuty’s established presence and deep understanding of the California market position the service center as a key partner in Tremcar USA’s growth strategy. By combining Tremcar’s quality tank trucks and trailers with BigDuty’s outstanding service capabilities, the partnership aims to deliver “unmatched” value and reliability to customers, the manufacturer added.
“Partnering with Tremcar USA is an exciting opportunity for us,” Howard said. “We’re proud to align with a company that shares our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Together, we’ll provide the best products and support for the petroleum transport industry in California.”
