Bulk Tank Inc, Park Hills MO, has been acquired by an investor group led by Sage Capital along with nine members of the Company’s current management team including its founder, Dave Sisk.
Bulk Tank’s operations will continue in their current location in Park Hills, and all employees will remain with the company. The company will be led by Andy Boyer, who previously served as the company’s chief operating officer.
Sisk has agreed to continue working with the Company in a senior executive capacity, focusing particularly on new products, sales and overall strategy, and will also serve as a director of the company. The company’s subsidiary, Pneumatic Tank Services LLC, will be managed separately under the leadership of Brent Kemp.
