Eaton will distribute a new Bezares variable flow pump designed for agricultural, forestry, load handling, snow removal, and waste collection applications. The pump features pressure and flow adjustment (load sensing) and is available in three displacement options—95, 110, or 130 cc/rev—to provide optimized efficiency across various operational needs.
One of the key advantages of the Bezares variable flow pump is its selectable rotation, which eliminates the need for housing modifications or special tools and lessens the need for additional pumps, Eaton reported. This design enhances installation flexibility, streamlining integration with power take-off (PTO) systems. Additionally, its compact size allows for direct mounting, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
The pump’s pressure-compensating functionality ensures efficient operation by delivering maximum flow until system pressure reaches the compensator setting. Once that threshold is met, the pump automatically de-strokes, providing only the necessary flow to maintain system pressure. This intelligent flow regulation reduces energy consumption, minimizes heat generation, and improves overall hydraulic efficiency.
“By expanding our portfolio with Bezares’ innovative load sensing pump, Eaton continues to provide customers with advanced solutions that improve hydraulic system performance and efficiency,” Brad Gulick, commercial product manager for Eaton’s Mobile Power Group, said in a news release. “This partnership enhances our ability to meet the evolving demands of mobile and industrial applications with reliable and high-performance components.”
