Dover Corporation company PSG recently acquired Cryogenic Machinery Corp., a specialized designer and manufacturer of mission-critical cryogenic centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, and accessories serving customers in the industrial gas market and cryogenic applications such as liquified oxygen, argon, and nitrogen.
Cryo-Mach’s products will expand PSG’s participation in the cryogenic end market, PSG reported.
“We are thrilled to add Cryo-Mach to our best-in-class portfolio of pump businesses,” Karl Buscher, PSG president, said in a news release. “This acquisition strengthens PSG’s market-leading position, expanding our capabilities and reach into a broader range of liquified gas applications. The addition of Cryo-Mach is consistent with our strategic approach of expanding our core pump portfolio that offers premium quality, performance, and value to our customers.”
Headquartered in North Hollywood, California, Cryogenic Machinery was founded in 1964 and quickly became a notable player in the world-wide cryogenics industry. By adopting high standards of engineering and manufacturing, as well as assembly and inspection, Cryo-Mach consistently delivers high-quality products to customers in an ever-changing marketplace.
Cryo-Mach today touts longstanding customer relationships with leading global industrial gas suppliers, and prides itself on a reputation of “superior reliability, best-in-class performance, easy maintenance, and fast service,” PSG concluded.
