J J Keller & Associates Inc has a new DOT Safety Compliance Seminar Video Series, a series of videos that address regulatory issues and how they apply to transportation companies.

The series consists of six videos that deliver Department of Transportation safety compliance information via a videotape of a Keller seminar presenter with a live audience.

Each video is based on regulations and supported with real experiences of the presenter. The Safety Fitness Rating Process discusses safety evaluation areas (SEAs and SafeStat), the compliance review process, Part 385 Safety Fitness Procedures, and Part 386 Rules for Practice & Penalties. Setting the Stage for Compliance offers tips on how to comply, as well as strategies on how to avoid fines and penalties. Drug & Alcohol Requirements analyzes Part 382 and relevant requirements of Part 40. Driver Qualification explains requirements of Part 391, and tells how to reduce company and personal liability exposure. Hours of Service examines Part 395, including its exceptions and penalties. Vehicle Maintenance and Accidents reviews Part 399 and assesses the Accident Register requirements.
