Gallaway Corporation, EBW Offer Wetline Solution
A solution to problems associated with wetlines will be unveiled Oct 29-31, 2001, at the National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) Cargo Tank Maintenance Meeting in Chicago IL. Gallaway Corp says it has devised a solution and filed all necessary patents. It is working with Enterprise Brass Works Corp, (EBW), which will begin manufacturing the new device this autumn.
The wetline solution will be fully pneumatic and easily retrofitted to any existing tank truck system, the company says. EBW engineers have already conducted successful testing of the device. The company will market the device to the tanker industry worldwide.
The solution was primarily devised by Mark Bowen and Frank Smith. Bowen, chief executive officer of Gallaway, is involved in transportation safety solutions. Smith, after a career with Shell Oil Co, has continued to contribute to the tanker industry by developing all of Trucknology Inc's product line as well as the tanker side-loading design. For further information, stop by the EBW booth #68-70 in Chicago for a live demonstration.
