Brenner Tank LLC, a Walker Group Holdings LLC company, announces the appointment of Kenneth Brown to manager-Market Development Energy Services. Brown will be responsible for all sales and marketing efforts within the energy services sector. He was most recently with MCU Detroit Diesel, based in Houston TX.

Muncie Power Products has named Ray L. Chambers president and chief operating officer. He joined the company in 2004 and has served as vice president, responsible for all plant operations at its Tulsa OK division. Chambers has more than two decades of experience in multi-plant leadership.

Dana Holding Corporation has announced the appointment of three new executive positions within its commercial truck and off-highway groups. Frank Sheehan was appointed president of international business for Dana's Heavy Vehicle Systems Group. James Wojciehowski was named vice president and general manager of marketing, sales, and service for Dana's Commercial Vehicle Products Group. Brian Couch was named general manager of service and support for Dana Spicer Service Parts. A 34-year veteran with Dana, Sheehan recently served as vice president of global sales, marketing, and product planning for Dana's Commercial Vehicle Systems Group. Wojciehowski will continue his role as vice president and general manager of Dana Service Parts. Couch comes to Dana from Eclipse Aviation, where he was the vice president of business development, services and support.

After seven years as manager of Canadian sales for Ridewell Suspensions, Gary Wasney is retiring. He has logged more than 40 years in the transportation industry. Stepping into his role as manager of Canadian sales is Claude Sauriol. He comes to Ridewell with more than 20 years of industry experience and expertise in managing technically complex products. Prior to joining Ridewell, Sauriol served as the Canadian aftermarket sales manager for Hendrickson International.

Tim Raftery has been appointed Smart-Hose's vice president of marketing. He will also be involved with distributor sales and training. Before joining the company, he spent several years as a territory manager for Dixon Valve and Coupling.

Gene Scoggins, transportation industry veteran and an executive with NationaLease over the past 10 years, has been named president of the North American truck leasing organization. He most recently held the position of vice president, sales for NationaLease. Scoggins will operate at company headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace IL. Dean Vicha has been promoted to vice president of member services for NationaLease. Most recently, the St. Charles IL resident served as national account executive, helping grow the company's national account program to a record level of sales.

Comcar Logistics LLC announces the promotion of Barrett Bostick to vice president of sales and marketing based at the corporate office in Auburndale FL. Bostick originally joined Comcar in 1995 and has worked at each of the subsidiary companies in a variety of capacities. He also has served as director of sales for CCC Transportation LLC.

Ryder System Inc. announced the appointment of Paul Tay as vice president and managing director of Asia Pacific, responsible for the continuing development and operation of Ryder's supply chain solutions offering throughout the Asia-Pacific region. With more than 15 years of experience in both the contract and international supply chain management industry, he was most recently vice president of consolidation for APL Logistics.
