Eaton adds fourth Authorized Rebuilder

July 30, 2014

Eaton has added Anderson Brothers Inc to the company’s Authorized Rebuilder Program. Anderson Brothers, a warehouse and shop facility encompassing more than 62,000 square feet in Portland OR, employs 45 people.

Launched in 2013, Eaton’s Authorized Rebuilder Program, gives fleets and independent drivers a new option to purchase locally rebuilt transmissions with 100% genuine Eaton components that meet all of the firm’s re-use and rebuild requirements.  This new option provides a higher level of confidence and after-the-sale support.

Additional Eaton Authorized Rebuilders are Power Train, Indianapolis IN; TransAxle, Cinnaminson NJ; and Valley Truck Parts, Grand Rapids MI.

To be recognized as an Authorized Rebuilder, each of the rebuilders was  required to complete Eaton’s technical and sales training, to meet its re-use and rebuild criteria, and must use 100% genuine Eaton content for all of the transmissions rebuilt as part of the program.

Eaton provides program participants with enhanced warranty coverage and marketing support, including signage and tags for the rebuilt units, promotional materials, and advertising support.
