This is the directory of facilities where bulk commodities can be transferred between tank and bulk trucks and rail and water modes, and it has been completely updated. Information presented was supplied by the companies listed. Phone numbers are provided for each facility so more information can be obtained. The facilities listed are owned or operated by bulk trucking companies, railroads, or independent terminal operators. Unless the prohibition is stated, these companies have indicated they allow outside carriers to load products at their facilities.
