PeopleNet, a Trimble company and leading provider of fleet mobility solutions, announced that Quality Carriers Inc, a subsidiary of Quality Distribution Inc, has integrated PeopleNet technology platforms into approximately 2,500 tank trucks. The integration announcement was made at the National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) Annual Conference & Exhibition held April 26-28 in Boston MA.
The new integration provides Quality Carriers with more visibility, better driver workflow automation, and overall safety improvement features. Using the PeopleNet Display.4 and TMWSuite, Quality Carriers can utilize PeopleNet’s Activity Standards, fault code monitoring, mandatory eDVIR vehicle inspections, onboard event recording, SpeedGauge speed monitoring, and VUSION full service fuel tax analytics.
