The American Trucking Associations (ATA) is seeking nominations for the second annual Mike Russell "Good stuff" Trucking Image Award.

The award honors those that creatively implement the “Good stuff. Trucks Bring It.” campaign in order to generate positive awareness of the trucking industry.

Submissions will be evaluated by an impartial panel of judges based on creativity, execution, and reach/impact. All submissions must be submitted to the image campaign by September 19, 2008. Winners will be announced during ATA’s annual Management Conference and Exhibition October 4-7 in New Orleans LA.

The award is named in honor of the late Mike Russell, a trucking industry supporter and media official who helped develop the “Good stuff. Trucks Bring It.” campaign as ATA vice-president, public affairs. Russell’s efforts to improve the image of the trucking industry through the “Good stuff” campaign were the inspiration for this award.

Nomination forms are available online at truckline.com.
