    Suncor Energy Inc and Petro-Canada, both in Calgary, Canada, have agreed to merge the two companies and will operate under the Sunco name

    Suncor Energy Inc and Petro-Canada, both in Calgary, Canada, have agreed to merge the two companies and will operate under the Sunco name.

    Suncor will maintain the Petro-Canada brand presence in refined products.
