Dec. 23, 2015

United Transportation Co LLC, an affiliate of Apro LLC, a West Coast convenience store and gas station operator and fuel wholesaler, announced that it has completed the sale of its motor fuel delivery fleet to Sentinel Transportation LLC.

Along with the sale, United Pacific awarded Sentinel a long term delivery agreement which will enable United Pacific to build on its 60 year tradition of exceptional service for its network of gas stations and wholesale customers in the Southern California region. The terms of the arrangement were undisclosed.

Joe Juliano, president and chief executive officer of United Pacific, said: “We selected Sentinel as a strategic partner based on their superior commitment to safety, service and performance. Sentinel will ensure we continue to bring exceptional delivery service to United Pacific’s Southern California gas stations and family of dealers over the long term which will enable United Pacific to focus on its core competencies and continued expansion.”

Earlier this year, United Pacific completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 251 gas stations and convenience stores located in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado from Pacific Convenience & Fuels, bringing United Pacific’s network to 380 retail locations. Together with its network of over 100 dealers, United remains the largest independent convenience store and gas station operator in the western United States.
