Troy Pritchett works through his final exam on the loading/unloading simulator that is part of driver training program at Schneider National Bulk Carriers (SNBC). Pritchett went through the program at SNBC's newest training facility in Reserve LA. Like all of SNBC's new hires in 2009, Pritchett already had several years of truck driving experience.
