NTTC’s last Call on Washington in 2015 was a remarkable success and now it's time for the association to gather again and advocate for the tank truck industry in front of the newly-elected 115th Congress.

Like NTTC's 2015 Call on Washington, the 2017 program is intended to be user-friendly and leadership-oriented. The event planning focus will be on hosting group events on Capitol Hill where members will be joined by key. NTTC will also schedule individual meetings with legislators who impact the tank truck industry or members’ respective congressional districts.

Prior to the Capitol Hill visits, attendees will be briefed by NTTC's new senior vice-president of government affairs--Boyd Stephenson; NTTC's lobbying team; and American Trucking Associations policy specialists to ensure that NTTC members take full advantage of this opportunity to add informed voices to the legislative process that impacts tank truck carriers on a daily basis. Monday, March 20 will be used for policy briefings, all day Tuesday, March 21 for Congressional events and individual meetings, and Wednesday morning will be reserved for scheduling conflicts.

Attendees should plan to arrive in Washington DC no later than noon on Monday, March 20 and then depart no earlier than 5 pm on Wednesday, March 22. The meeting hotel is Watergate Hotel in Washington DC.
