Eagle Transport, Rocky Mount NC, was awarded Murphy USA's 2014 Carrier of the Year award.

The award is based on carrier compliance, cross drops, and outages throughout the calendar year. Eagle Transport was scored against carriers with load counts of 1,000-4,999 per month. Eagle has separated themselves from the rest of the pack and is pushing to be in Murphy's top bracket of 5,000 loads a month, Eagle Transport officials.
The petroleum hauler currently runs 380 power units dispersed across 22 terminals throughout the eastern United States from Delaware to South Florida and west to Nashville TN.
