For the 15th year, Jackson MS-based tank truck carrier Miller Transporters Inc has been named a Reader’s Choice award by Logistics Management magazine in its annual Quest for Quality edition. The Quest for Quality survey, marking its 26th anniversary in 2009, is a customer perception study of transportation companies.
The award is based on a carrier’s rating in the areas of On-time Performance, Value, Customer Service, Information Technology, and Equipment & Operations. Only carriers that excel in all five areas achieve Reader’s Choice recognition.
