McLeod Software announced a significant increase in sales during the first two months of 2007 and record-breaking first quarter sales during its fiscal year 2007, which began Oct 1, 2006. New major accounts for its enterprise management system and increased adoption of its document imaging system are credited with driving the company's growth.

Projecting record-breaking sales for the second quarter of FY 2007, Rick Halbrooks, the firm's vice-president — sales & marketing, reported that sales in the first two months of calendar year 2007 were 79% higher than the same two months in 2006.

“Sales for the first five months of this fiscal year were 92% higher than the same five months in the previous year,” said Halbrooks.
