J. J. Keller & Associates Inc. has introduced its Client Information Center, a web-based tool that provides a link between fleet operators and Keller's Vehicle Outsource Services area by giving users access to real-time fleet data.

Users can view, sort or download data for their entire fleet of owned or leased vehicles. They can view data by unit, fleet, region, district, branch, or corporate. They can search for information on a vehicle by unit, VIN, or plate number.

The center provides the capability to generate reports and download data to Microsoft Excel, PDF, and other formats. Reports include: assets list with detailed information; fuel purchases and bulk fuel by month; units with no activity; fuel and mileage summary (monthly or quarterly); individual unit analysis (for taxes, monthly or quarterly); miles per gallon; International Registration Plan (IRP) miles (for submitting IRP plate renewals and annualized miles of travel per vehicle, location, or entire fleet); and IRP units out of compliance.
