The Kenan Advantage Group Inc (KAG), has named LBT Inc 2015 Supplier of the Year. The announcement was made at the company’s supplier conference held September 10 at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton OH.
According to Bruce Stockton, vice-president of fleet services for KAG, “It is with great pride that KAG names LBT as our Supplier of the Year. For over 20 years, LBT has consistently delivered a high-quality product for KAG’s Fuels Delivery Group. Dealing directly with LBT has allowed KAG to enjoy direct input to the design and functionality of our equipment, increasing the safety and productivity for our drivers.
“KAG is pleased to be associated with partners that understand and share our desire to provide excellent customer service by demonstrating certain exceptional qualities.”
Those qualities included:
- High ethical standards in all business dealings
- Communicating efficiently and effectively
- Being on time with delivery of products and services
- Collaboratively working with KAG and other suppliers to reduce waste and improve total cost of ownership
- Support of KAG’s community benevolent initiatives
