GenOx Transportation Inc received a Fleet Safety Excellence award for bulk transportation from the Compressed Gas Association for the third year in a row. Kevin Mathews, president of GenOx, and Russ Mathews, chairman of GenOx, accepted the award at CGA’s Safety Awards Banquet during the organization’s annual meeting in St Petersburg FL.
This award, based on CGA's member companies’ total vehicle accident frequency rate, recognizes outstanding safety performance among the industry's bulk and cylinder truck delivery fleets. CGA presents Fleet Safety awards to one small fleet and one large fleet each year. This is the first year that GenOx won the award for greater than 20 million miles. Their previous awards were bestowed for less than 20 million miles.

He also acknowledged and congratulated peer companies in the award category for their exemplary safety records.
