Dupré recognized by TXTA for safe performance

At their annual convention August 4, the Texas Trucking Association, an industry-specific statewide advocacy, education and safety promotion organization, recognized Dupré Logistics, LLC for outstanding achievement in highway safety performance. 

At their annual convention August 4, the Texas  Trucking Association (TXTA), an industry-specific statewide advocacy, education and safety promotion organization, recognized Dupré Logistics, LLC for outstanding achievement in highway safety performance. 

The company received two plaques at the conference in Austin TX. The awards were presented in cooperation with the American Trucking Association and presented by Great West Casualty Company. Dupré was presented a plaque for Local operations in the over 10 Million Mile Class. Additionally, Dupré received the Intercity 5-10 Million Mile Class. Stephen Murray, Dupré field safety representative, was presented the plaques during a safety luncheon during the meeting.  

“A cornerstone of Dupré’s corporate philosophy is to encourage and recognize our team members in their role as stewards of our safety program,” says Al LaCombe, Dupré’s director of safety. “We work every day to ensure that our safety program is overseen from the top down but works daily from the bottom up by job.”
