Blackmer has again participated in a campaign to raise breast cancer awareness by donating a TLGF3 pump and 2-inch bypass valve for use on a pink LPG bobtail delivery truck. The truck is owned and operated by Kohler Oil & Propane of Brown City MI, and was delivered Oct 1, 2007, the first day of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Kohler partnered with Marlette Regional Hospital (MRH), Marlette MI, on the project named “Breast Cancer Understanding Prevention Screening,” or BCUPS.

Kohler has committed to donating a percentage from every sale of propane fuel for one year to the MRH “Be A Star” Fund. This fund is used to prevent breast cancer by providing education and screenings to those in the area that qualify. With the creation of its new pink bobtail, it is Kohler's intention to help area women obtain assistance in early detection and education in the fight against breast caner. Kohler's new truck was built by Blackmer OEM customer Signature Truck Systems Inc of Clio MI.
