Quality Carriers initiates compensation program

Quality Carriers has introduced a new compensation program for independent contractors, which pays 95 cents per mile plus accessorials for all dispatched miles, amounting to an assured minimum of $104,000 per year, with the opportunity for greater earnings, the company said.
The Contractor Assurance Bonus (CAB) structure is to be paid quarterly to contractors with a bonus based on satisfied criteria set by the company, said Don Benoit, vice-president — operations support.
