PSC opens tank wash in Charleston SC

PSC Container Services Group has opened a new full-service tank cleaning center in Charleston SC, according to Greg Winters, vice-president, sales.
The eight-acre facility with five bays is located approximately one mile from the company's previous address on Milford Street immediately off I-26. It is adjacent to the Boasso America tank container depot.
Services in the four-bay tank trailer section range from simple flushes to more difficult latexes and resins. The fifth bay, dedicated to ISO containers, can clean and dry five tank containers at a time. An eight-station heating area for both ISO and tank trailers also is available.
"The new location provides ample parking for tank trailers which greatly facilitates customer requirements for drop and hook programs thereby positively addressing the continued issue of hours of service," Winters said.
The facility operates 24 hours on weekdays and from 8 am to noon on Saturday.
