Port Wilmington Tank Wash opens new facility

Port Wilmington Tank Wash Inc of New Castle DE has completed its new four-bay chemical expansion and began operation in mid-July on the 2.5-acre site at 500 Lambson Lane.
Niagara National Corp supplied skid-mounted cleaning systems for the bays and Sellers provided the spinners. The wastewater system also is skid-mounted and was manufactured by Alar Engineering Corp.
The driver amenities include Internet access, television, showers, laundry, and free coffee. A yard truck is on site.
The new facility also provides room for carrier terminal operations and First Choice Logistics is the first to lease space.
At nearby 903 Lambson Lane, the company operates a foodgrade-only tank wash with two bays.
