Kosher salt use growing

Tank cleaning facilities may be seeing an increased demand for kosher services as a result of growth in kosher salt popularity. According to Morton International Inc, the category of kosher salt has exploded. The salt miner and processor said it has seen kosher salt category sales grow 150 percent within the last five years.
