Cloud Company acquires Sellers tank cleaning business

The Cloud Company, San Luis Obispo CA, has acquired the Sellers rotary tank cleaning equipment business from Crane Pumps and Systems Inc.
The combination of Cloud Company and Sellers products will be marketed globally by a combined sales team from the two companies.
Cloud Company is the designer and manufacturer of the Cloud model 180, 360/363, 700/750 and SVRU series. Prior to the acquisition, the Cloud 360 was marketed under the Sellers name in the United States and Canada and marketed under the Cloud name outside the United States and Canada. All other Cloud products are marketed under the Cloud name both domestically and internationally, according to Cloud information.
