J J Keller & Associates Inc has introduced Vehicle Inspections, a training program that tells drivers how to inspect vehicles properly to ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition. A videotape takes viewers in and around the vehicle, examining 53 inspection points ranging from brake systems and fluids to mirrors and lights. It tells what to check, what to look for, and what to do about problems. The video also covers on-the-road inspections, including required load inspections, and reviews post-trip inspections and required DVIR completion.
