PHMSA publishes 49 CFR Part 172 corrections

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is making some corrections in 49 CFR Part 172 regarding hazmat table, special provisions, hazmat communications, emergency response information, and training regulations.
