One of seven bulk plants in the Western Petroleum network, this facility is in Roosevelt UT. This plant has a 250,000-gallon capacity for refined fuels. Average capacity through the system is 200,000 gallons. Bulk plants typically receive six to eight inbound fuel shipments each day. All of the locations meet the new SPCC storage terminal regulations.

Western Petroleum, Vernal UT, has achieved solid success as a petroleum marketer that is focused on industrial customers, including oilfield operators.
