Western Petroleum, Vernal UT, has achieved solid success as a petroleum marketer that is focused on industrial customers, including oilfield operators. The marketer’s fleet of 43 transports operates in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, and NWestern Petroleum’s management team includes [from left] Ronnie Bastian, Sam Taylor, and Perry Taylor. Truck-and-trailer combinations account for 14 of the 43 fuel transports in the Western Petroleum fleet. The rest are tractor-trailer combinations. Kenworth trucks and tractors predominate in the fleet.
