Rescar companies’ new facility in Channelview TX includes closed-loop tankcar cleaning, blasting to remove hardened product and rust, product residue storage, and vapor abatement that includes a tornado flare, caustic scrubber, and carbon absorption. AllKevin Wilck is in charge of tankcar cleaning operations and environmental compliance for all of Rescar Companies. Wilck says the Channelview wash rack was a total team effort from conception to completion.Track Mobile shuttle units from Stewart & Stevenson are used to reposition tankcars at the wash rack.
