Rescar companies’ new facility in Channelview TX includes closed-loop tankcar cleaning, blasting to remove hardened product and rust, product residue storage, and vapor abatement that includes a tornado flare, caustic scrubber, and carbon absorption. All of this is under a new 10,000-sq-ft building with new rail for more efficient movement and processing of tankcars. The new cleaning facility can wash eight tankcars at a time.
