Three bays are used for chemical cleaning at the new PSC Container Services wash rack in West Memphis AR. The facility also has two dedicated foodgrade cleaning bays. The facility opened for chemical cleaning in 2009, and the foodgrade cleaning bays became operational in March 2010.

For the first time, PSC Container Services has partnered with Brenner Tank Services to offer cargo tank repairs in addition to tank cleaning.Three bays are used for chemical cleaning at the new PSC Container Services wash rack in West Memphis AR. The facility also has two dedicated foodgrade cleaning bays. The facility opened for chemical cleaning in 2009, and the foodgrade cleaning bays becamLamar Promise presides over PSC’s West Memphis tank cleaning operation as service center manager. Previously, he worked at the PSC wash rack in LaPorte TX.
PSC designed its own vat-style wash units and has them custom fabricated for each wash rack. Mezzanines and work platforms also are custom fabricated.A 50-hp Superior boiler provides plenty of steam and hot water for the new wash rack.Wastewater from the tank cleaning operation is processed through a dissolved air floatation unit.
Gorman Rupp pumps move detergent and other wash solutions through the tank trailers being cleaned.Sellers 360 spinners are standard equipment for all of the PSC wash racks.PSC uses this tote for treating odorous products collected during the cleaning process at the West Memphis facility. Another tote in the dedicated foodgrade wash bays contains a detergent used in kosher cleaning.
