Names of all the airliner passengers and crew who died during the 9/11 terrorist attacks are listed on the rear tank head. Lettering on the bumper refers to Ground Zero at the World Trade Center and urges “Always Remember 9/11.”Arrow Fuel, a heating oil distributor based in Newark NJ, commissioned this custom-painted tankwagon as a tribute to the passengers and crew who were killed on the airliners that were crashed during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
