Andrews Logistics Inc, Irving TX, has achieved distinction as one of the safest tank truck carriers in the United States by winning the Heil Outstanding Performance Trophy in the National Tank Truck Carriers annual safety contest. That achievement came just 13 years after the carrier was established. Peterbilt tractors are a big part of the Andrews Logistics fleet operation, and the carrier just bought 32 2010-model-year 386s for expansion.

Andrews Logistics’ safety program includes participation in NTTC’s tank truck rollover prevention and awareness program.

Roper product pumps predominate, but the fleet also runs a few Ranger pumps.Andrews Logistics selected Dixon Bayco bottom-loading adapters and discharge outlets for the newest DOT406 trailers in the fleet.Stainless steel chemical trailers have Betts unloading outlets and domelids. Pressure-relief vents are from Girard Equipment.
Andrews Logistics chose Dixon Bayco’s FloTech overfill protection for its newest DOT406 trailers.New tank trailers are specified with Bridgestone tires, Alcoa aluminum disc wheels, and Hendrickson’s Tiremaax inflation system. Andrews Logistics as a national account with Bridgestone.
