Ruan’s Dairy and Bulk Food Transport Division has become a leading milk hauler, but the carrier also transports other liquid food products, including liquid eggs, wine, edible oils, sweeteners, and juices. Based in Tulare CA, the division runs 460 tractorRuan’s dispatch office in Tulare CA stays busy virtually around the clock. The 90-day interval equates to about 24,000 miles.
